Delivery Information 

 

When shopping for your new fairing set, you are often confronted with a bundle of information that is difficult to decipher. Here at All Right Parts, we keep it simple. We can assure you will be impressed by our friendly staff and hassle free business model.

All of our bodywork is custom painted to order which allows us to make any customizations you would like and ensures quality assurance.
This custom painting process takes about 5-8 business days to complete depending on the design. Normally from the date of purchase you can expect to wait only 2 weeks before your fairing set arrives at your door. When your fairing set is complete, we will email you a photo of your finished fairings for your approval. After you approve your design, your order will be queued for shipment and be issued a tracking number within 24 hours. Your tracking number will be will be emailed to you.

Shipping Couriers

After completion, you can expect your fairings to arrive within 5-7 days from the shipment date.

Our fairings are shipped directly from our factory, which is located in Hong Kong.
For addresses in the USA, the shipping service will be USPS Express Mail International. For Canada, your package will be delivered via Canada Post. For UK addresses the shipping service will be Royal Mail. 
For Australia addresses the service used will be Australia Post.
All other locations will be serviced via EMS Express.
All of our packages require a signature upon delivery.

Tracking Information: After your order has shipped you will be emailed the tracking information. Every fairing set will have a tracking number.

Returns: We are a “hassle-free” company, and our offices are located in Florida. This is where all of our customers orders, returns, replacements, repairs, and customer service is handled. The customer is responsible for return shipping to our Florida offices, however you will receive a full refund for your purchase of a full fairing set, as long as the item is in “Uninstalled” condition. Please ensure all returned bodywork is wrapped and packaged in the same condition it was received to avoid a 15% restocking fee.
A restocking fee of 10-15% will be applied to all refunds of Individual Parts.

Rush Service: If you need your fairing order rushed for any reason, please contact us via E-mail or phone before purchasing: 386-256-9080. We will do our best to prioritize your order’s production.

PO Boxes: We are currently unable to ship complete fairing kits to PO Boxes due to US Mail regulations. If a PO Box is entered during checkout, you will be contacted for an alternate shipping address. We apologize for the inconvenience.


Here at All Right Parts we are dedicated to making sure your purchase is a satisfying one. All orders are “custom” made at the time of purchase and cannot be fully cancelled once production has commenced. Fairing orders that have been customized specifically for an individually customer cannot be cancelled or returned as these are one-of-a-kind items for that specific individual. Returns are accepted at All Right Parts. If there are any issues with your purchase please contact us so we can do what it takes to make it right and get you back out on the road. All returned items must arrived in their original condition, un-mounted and free of defects. Return shipping is the at the expense of the customer unless the customer receives the fairing in damaged condition. Email us for our return address. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items unless they are damaged.

Incorrect, damaged, or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of the time the products are received.

Warranties are limited to or through ORIGINAL PURCHASER of products ONLY. All warranties and liabilities of products are null and void as a result of improper installation, improper use, modifications of products and abuse of products.

Individual Fairings Return Policy: We currently do not offer returns or refunds for individual fairings ordered. These fairings are built specifically for the customer as on-of-a-kind. It is the customers responsibility to read all the information on the website before placing an order.

After 4 days, if you decide to cancel your order a $50 fee will apply.
